Circa 1990s to early Aughts, this teapot and creamer look cute enough to live in. They are decorated on all sides.

The lid to the teapot is the blue roof with a chimney. The windows, flowers, shrubs, shutters, and awnings are raised, giving each piece texture and dimension.
